30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all customers, both in the United States, Canada and internationally. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note;

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.

Please note that if your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that refunds will only be issued for the cost of the products purchased. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect address: If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address for you.
  2. Wrong size ordered: We do not accept returns for size issues. However, exchanges for the correct size are possible if the product is unworn, still sealed, and in its original packaging.
  3. Forgotten promo code: Unfortunately, we cannot apply promo codes retroactively.
  4. Damaged or altered products: Products that are damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
  5. More than 30 days since delivery: Returns cannot be processed if it has been more than 30 days since you received your item.
  6. Discretionary refusal: We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it necessary.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve the issue.

Important Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Policy

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.

Exchanges May Be Denied If:

  1. The wrong product was ordered.
  2. The product is damaged in any way.
  3. More than 30 days have passed since the product was received.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
